Summer, 1222

Antonius ex Jerbiton, Peter the Bard ex Mercere and the Templar Karl-Erik head down to London to try and obtain a charter for the Redcaps. Karl-Erik proposes approaching a noble who already has a monopoly on post and obtaining a license from him, rather than trying to talk to the King directly. They succeed in doing this, and for a yearly payment obtain official licenses which should give the Redcaps some protection from overly zealous officials.
